I am currently taking an ecourse called Into The Dark Night by The Wild Mystics, aka Hillary Rain & Mandy Steward.  Two dear souls who express themselves on this journey with such raw honesty, pouring over their tongues through poetry.  Its been an honor to dig into this course with them, although it be very intense and thought provoking, it is cracking me open, which is exactly what I knew it would do.  I tossed and turned in bed last night with visions of photos I wanted (needed) to get out.  So, this morning, along with my coffee, I decided to do just so.  At first I began to use my real camera, and it felt contrived, and I felt my body growing increasingly frustrated.  I decided to just grab my phone and snaps some images, just like I did with the In My Wintering session.  A littler reminder to all, you do not need fancy equipment to express yourself through self portraits.  All you need is a phone with a camera app.  For these I used Retrica, although now I wish I would of used an app with higher quality, b/c as you can see these images are pretty grainy and low quality, and not very big at all.  Really, I don't mind though b/c I have no intention of printing them.  It was more of an expression that needed to be filled, and now it has.
