You know that dream that you hold close to your heart even if it seems so outrageous and impossible? The one that you might stuff back into the closet for awhile pull it out, look at it and then stuff it back in? The ever present yet covered in thick dust one? The one you almost let go of but thought better of? The one where you think you are asking too much? The one that you poke all the flaws in? The one where you tell yourself that it really isn't what you want? The one that you might actually get...and then what?
One of the biggest dreams I have ever held for myself and my beautiful family, coddled, ignored, loved dearly and tried to push away came true about a month ago. We had be working on making something happen for what felt like forever and it just never panned out and it was so heart breaking every single time. Man, when the Universe is ready though, hold onto your hats because the pace in which it all aligns will take your breath away!
Our dream? A home. And we did it.
We moved from our small 2 bedroom apartment to a big house by the sea, like right by the sea. A place to finally sink roots. A place for peace and love to grow. It miraculously had everything on the dream list that I had written 2 years prior when I thought it might be nice to get really clear about what we wanted to manifest.
We found our house. The one with a bedroom for everyone and some guests too. The one with the big backyard for the boys and the office for me. The one with a library and a big wrap-around porch. The one with a gas range and hardwood floors. The one where the sunlight floods in at all times of day and the seagulls outside are your morning wake-up call.
I am in heaven and I'm so grateful.
We are moving slowly and consciously through our space. Taking care not just to fill, but only keep and bring in what truly lights our souls up. It feels magnificent to have this giant new canvas to work with.
Slowly, but surly the signs of the life we have been waiting to create are showing up everywhere.
Hold on to your dreams love. Protect them fiercely. Believe and trust that they are making their way to you as fast as they can.
Friday blessings boho-babes.
