C A M P

I'm excited to introduce you to Camp Skincare today.  I was first curious about their products simply b/c of their name and aesthetic.  Some things just draw you in, and they did that.  It is such a wonderful thing when your instincts are correct and the actual product is just as yummy as the outer appearance.  Ive tried many natural products and it's not always the case, so when it is I savour it.  Let's go to it...

The Coconut Beach face scrub is so yummy.  The blend of oatmeal and raw cane sugar gently exfoliates your skin.  I have used some that can be very abrasive and then one is super gentle.  It leaves my skin feeling soothed, not roughed up, and leaves no redness.  The coconut smell is wonderful and its also hydrating.  It does exactly what I want an exfoliate scrub to do.  On their site they give a few different examples of ways to use it for your particular skin complexion, which I think is awesome!

The Yin Yang balancing facial oil is the bomb.  Yes, I just used that phrase.  The smell is yummy, the oil soaks into your face and doesn't leave you feeling greasy, it feels so soothing and hydrating.  I have been using face oil for a few years now and love the way it makes my face feel.  Contrary to what you may think, face oil does not make your face more oily if you are prone to oily skin.  I have combination skin, so it's dry in some areas and more oily in others.  This oil helps with both.  You can read on their listing all the benefits of each ingredient used in it.  Bonus: it's the prettiest color of oil Ive ever seen.

Balm is a must for me.  I have a few different ones I use on a regular basis.  Their Desert Island Wonder Balm is now high up on my list of favs.  It has the right smell, the right feel & consistency and works.  I bite the skin around my fingers on a regular basis, so I put this on my broken skin at night and it really helps.  It has many uses, but this is what I use balm for on a regular basis.  It can be applied to sunburns, cuts, and even be used as a deep moisturizer for really dry skin or as a makeup remover.  It's calming to the skin and doesn't burn on open cuts.  I keep this one in my purse now to give my fingers relief at all times of the day.

I'm completely sold on their product now.  I love that it's all small batch made with high quality, 100% natural ingredients.  I can't wait to try more of their line.  Also, look for some of their other products in the next magazine issue coming out this fall!
